Do I need to do new works all the time so I can lose weight faster?

Ok first of all, I have been working out with you for about 5 months. My sister introduced me to your videos. I have a knee injury that has develop arthritis but I still push myself. I have lost 30lbs since starting my workouts. But I dont know if I'm doing them correctly. My sister told me to do different videos everyday but I was doing hiit 3 times back to back during the week. Am I doing them wrong? What is the right routine? I work out 5 days a week? I'm a bit confuse. Can you please guide me towards the right way?
