Carb cycling

Hello, was wondering if anyone has experience with carb cyling and have had good results?

Im thinking of trying it, I dont want to cut out carbs complely on rest days but drop it for maybe Breakfast and lunch so Breakfast might be Scrambled eggs with avocado and lunch Chicken salad and then dinner can be healthy carbs such as rice or quinoa and bean based or something?

I usually eat carbs at every Meal every day and wondering if thats why I can't get rid of muffin top fat haha. I just guess on non workout days you dont need them as much but thought Id see what other blenders think.
