FB Sweat Day 5

Happy Donkey Day! :D Or actually donkey week apparently, lol! I wouldn’t mind if every day was donkey day, I mean does it get any cuter than this little happy fella?

Okay, Week1 of FB Sweat complete! With turning things around a bit, today I did yesterday’s upper body. It was ok I guess, I mentioned quite a few times already that I have a hard time with upper body. Today’s workout for example I liked by the choice of exercises in it, but the bored easily structure always makes me feel less accomplished if it’s in strength training and especially for upper body, where I need more time to figure out the right weight and form. Extra credit felt better :)

I said I’ll do this check-ins only for a week but I think I’ve changed my mind :D and will continue. It’s really a nice tool for staying on track.
