Weight gain after I started working out

I started working out 3 months ago. And for someone who hadn't worked out before, it was pretty intense at the starting. I exercise in the morning on an empty stomach and drink around half a litre of water during these sessions. My routine basically consists of 30 mins jogging on the treadmill and strength training of different body part each day, lasting about 1.5 hrs for 5 days a week. I eat healthy, more or less, but I have a desk job (7+ hrs) infront of the computer. I try taking frequent breaks and usually walk around 8000 steps in a day.

When I started out I was 56 kgs. It dipped to 54 kgs in 2 weeks but then it gradually started rising and now I am 57 kgs. I don't know if this is normal or not, given I'm only 159 cm tall. I've read that muscle gain can cause weight increase. I can feel muscles in my thighs and harms solidifying slightly but I am not sure if it is enough to cause this amount of weight gain... It's quite demoralizing.
