I just finished Day 2 of FB30 - was all arms today. I think it's been almost a month (for reals) since I last used my weights, so I chose my amounts modestly and I was pleased that I had enough intuition and chose correctly!
I definitely lost a little bit of the gains I had made with Low Impact - I am back to doing about 3lbs less than where I was a month ago, but I'm okay with this. Marathon, not sprint.
I am feeling much better than I was on Monday - I don't know what the deal was, but I didn't eat well last week and I think my body was nudging me, saying, "Hey... remember when we ate all that good food? Go back to that!" and I think it's rejecting processed things... which is... great?
