Day 3 down! Feeling a little more motivated except for the nutrition part of it. What happens if you're a person who does NOT like vegetables or fish. HOW AM I EVER GOING TO LOSE WAIT CORRECTLY??? I don't fry and I stay away from snacking on junk food by filling up on fruit. Ive experimented with some veggies like I force myself to eat atleast 2 asparagus when I make it for my family. Ive done so with broccoli as well. I have gotten used to putting spinach on my sandwiches instead of lettuce, but that's just about all I experiment with lol!!! HELP!!!!
