Struggeling with upper body

Hey you, is anybody out there REALLY struggeling with training there upper body?

I may have to tell that my arms are really weak, I have to stop planks because my arms are burning, not my abs, kinda sad :D

I dont have any problems with training my legs, butt or abs, but as soon as it comes to arms, chest, back I dont find the right amount of weights and I never become sore. I know soreness isnt necessary for building or toning, but because I see/feel the difference when I train my lower body, I am a little bit frustrated.

Anybody dealing with this as well?
