Other exercise

Hey guys,

Do any of you solely stick with the workouts on here or do you do other things too?

I’ve been swimming 4 days a week for the last month and I’ve stopped because even with preparation and after care it’s destroying the colour in my hair. I decided to buy a rowing machine for home but I suffer with a bad lower back and after one attempt on it my back is sore (swimming didn’t hurt my back).

So my question is am I ok with sticking solely to these programmes and will I still achieve results or do I have to find something else to compliment them as doing them alone is pointless?
