Disturbing weekend findings about myself

Dear FB family,

During this rainy Sunday I was sitting mostly at the desk, pretending to be productive, but actually I just googled stuff and scrolled through Facebook. Doing so I realized that I spend a lot of time reading posts and articles about weight loss, diets, exercising and especially when to eat, what to eat and how to eat.

Second thing I realized: That I'm really annoyed by this. What a waste of time! It's almost an obsession with the subjects food and nutrition, and this cannot be a normal thing! I'm not overweight (okay 3 kg down would be nice, but actually I just want to be fit and healthy and fit my pants!)

Today I really think about what the next step might be. Because obviously I have a strange relationship to all this and watching all these posts/videos does NOT help - in contrary ... So I think the first step is to "unfollow" (is this a word?) all these pages. Not Fitnessblender of course!

Or am I overreacting here? If not, what's step 2?
