Optional stretching complete. I missed one workout this week, the 1000 calorie day on Friday, I spent 2 days at work shoveling and moving heavy blocks, then a day mixing concrete for the new trench footing and I didn't have it in me to do that workout or make it up since I did a 6k yesterday. I impressed myself my at least jogging the entire way and I've only gone running once this season.
