Strength trainings has been very difficult for me the last year, every time I step out (eat in surplus and lift heavy) my body becomes very bulky, since I’m dominant in my lower Mediterranean physic. I have been trying so hard to get rid of that cellulite and gain muscle but heavy weights is not my cup...
I have lost muscle, I have been inconsistent with my workouts since my disappointment and working schedule.
So my question is, can I gain muscle with Pilates and add some light weights? Everywhere I look is all about “lift heavy” “eat” but it didn’t give me the results I wanted... I refuse to believe weights can only create muscle
