Working out during Ramadan

Hi everyone

I am fasting during Ramadan for the first time this year. I was wondering how other people plan their workouts at this time...I was thinking about doing one of the 30 min videos in the evening, shortly before sunset. Does this sound reasonable? Also, what sort of videos should I pick? is thinking about doing HIIT a bit too ambitious?
