No Added Sugar Challenge - Week 1 check-in

Hello everyone!

For my surprise, this first week was pretty easy for me. I almost had no cravings, although I would have had plenty of opportunities to eat sweets. What about you? Did you have a similar experience?

However, I realized that by avoiding every kind of sweetener, I had also made having chewing gum impossible. And not being able to have chewing gum can be problematic in some situations, so I had chewing gum about three times this week. I hope that this doesn't count as serious cheating.
