Good morning everyone!
How is everyone doing? How has your week been?
I have been diligently working on my bachelor thesis - I have to be finished in less than 5 weeks and the more I inch closer to the due date, the more nervous I get!!!!! I can't believe I'll be graduating soon...
On another note, I have successfully finished the first week of FB Fit Round 1! If you guys remember, I was super nervous before starting this program, but I'm so glad I did! I had so much fun this week! I'm still sore all over but I genuinely missed HIIT and the feeling of happiness and accomplishment I get after a particularly hard workout (Day 4 was that day for me - I was SO happy after I finished the workout!). Today I'll be taking things a bit slower and probably just do some Yoga or light stretching and tomorrow is my REST day. Can't wait to see how next week will go for me!
