Please help out

I’m 24 years old and I have been having the worst time trying to work out from January. I have an important exam coming up in June and that means I wake up at 3am to study before heading off to work for 10-12 hours. I have no idea how to balance all of it and workout. It’s affecting how I see myself in the mirror and I honestly don’t know what to do.

Any advice would really be appreciated!
