Was looking to improve my mood and outlook, but this one didnt do it. It is one that I find extremely frustrating, because there really isnt much I can do to get to the level of muscle fatigue Daniel talks of in the video. Because of arthritis and joint instability, I must modify all of the HIIT exercises he does and four of the six strengthening exercises. By reducing jumping, leaping, and extra weights, as well as limiting the depth of lunges and squats, I just dont feel much, except achiness at the end☹️. Just no good modifications to do that also keep HR up....wish there was a low impact, joint friendly sweat routine! Well, here's hoping for tomorrow!
