Anti Inflammatory Diet

Hi, I am really struggling with inflammation caused by my autoimmune disease and have been looking for a more natural way to ease my pain. My medicine isn't really working that well and I don't want to go to something stronger. I'm 30 and don't want to tax my organs with heavier meds.

I've been doing a little research into following an anti inflammatory diet, but wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this? From what I am reading, it seems to just be whole, nutrition-dense foods, with healthy fats, and limit salts and processed foods.

Also anyone have luck with turmeric or any other herbs/vitamins?

Thanks in advance!
