Am I doing too much

I am 48 years old, 160lbs. I have been doing the fitness blender workouts for a year. I can hang with them a lot of the time but have had to take some of the hiit explosive movements down to low impact and even less on my left side because I have pulled/torn my glute. Mostly step backs or very shallow lunges on that side. I alternate among hiit, bodyweight strength, and weight training 5 days a week and do a recovery workout or just take a rest day on the other two. I take aleve or ibuprofen almost every night because I am so stiff in my ribcage area and my joints hurt. I get anxious if I think I am going to miss a workout though. I am by no means thin but feel strong and don't want to lose that or gain weight! Am i doing too much or just being a baby. Be nice! I am pushing 50 and have always been active but never a health/workout enthusiastšŸ˜
