Mid workday walk - Do you guys implement this easy trick?

Go for a walk, they said. It will be refreshing, they said. Family stroll in a #PNW downpour. It’s all good; Loki’s happy & we ended up enjoying ourselves too.

Do you guys weave short walks into your work days? I always have, even if for just 10 minutes on a lunch break. It helps me focus, and helps prevent the aches & lulls that come with sitting at a screen for too long. Great for circulation, mood, & overall health. I would highly, highly recommend it. Works every time!
