My April PFT

I took my second monthly PFT by FB yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I had improved in some areas! Here are my results.

1 Mile Run - 8:08:34 (On April 1st my time was 9:05:23!)

Push-Ups - 3 Full (Last time it was 13 half)

Squats - 30 (with 30lbs, 15 per hand. Last month I did 52 squats with no weight!)

Plank - 1:04 (Last time I made it to 0:46)

Sit and Reach: +1.75 inches (4.5 cm.) Last time my Sit and Reach was -4 inches (-20.3 cm)

I was super happy to see some improvement! May, here I come!
