Good morning!

Quick post, as I still have to do up my route for tonight's part time shift.

I just completed a self-built workout today. I did a couple of combo'd cardio videos, then ended with a nice 5 minute cooldown. All total, my workout length was about 28 minutes, but the low impact cardio felt nice after doing an extra week of Reach stretches. It was good to shake things up.
