Core cardio + 50m glutes and thighs

By the last rep. of the session I could barely finish it. My legs are SO exhausted. Did a Pilates outer glute/thigh warm-up into mass building session and Iā€™M SPENT. I worked so hard and I am so proud of what I put in today. Woke up early and did my prayers, thought out my day, and made it to the mat. Endorphins are soooooaring! šŸ¤ŖšŸ˜…šŸ˜
