Pre/Post FB Fit Round One Results

Hi Everyone,

I took the post test today and I was shocked at the improvement with one time through of FB fit.

Pre:

Push ups: 7 Full/6 Half (not stopping)

Squats: 25 with 6 pounds weight

Plank: 105 seconds

Sit Reach: +1/2 inch

Post:

Push ups: 15 Full/10 Half (not stopping)

Squats: 28 with 20 pounds weight

Plank: 130 seconds

Sit Reach: +2 inches

I also lost an inch off my waist and lost two pounds. I gained a ton of strength and energy.
