I was doing SO well on FBBlend! I was halfway through this program and noticed an increase in my endurance as well as better nutritional choices. I was feeling great and so ready to knock out the rest of the program! Then I got the life sucked out of me by a fever and a cold. I haven't been okay enough to work out for over a week and I'm discouraged at the possibility of losing all of the progress I have made. I feel like when I'm well enough again, it will be like I'm starting the program over. Anyone else? Just me?
