Good Morning Everyone,

I was suppose to do Day 3 of the challenge but will be taking an unscheduled rest day instead. Last night I did something to my left knee and was up with pain all night and having difficulty walking without pain this morning. So rest day it is.

Although, I am still going to be busy this morning because it is shearing day for the alpacas and I cannot reschedule the shearer. So I will be very cautious with my steps today.
