Anybody Struggling to push themselves during workouts?

Today's day four of FB Burn for me after (about) 10 months of no activity and a crumby diet. I feel like I'm doing a good job (definitely sore the next day) and I get pretty clammy during a workout, but I'm not dripping in sweat or gasping for air. I feel great when I'm done, but every time I end a workout I have this overwhelming feeling I didn't push myself hard enough.. Does anybody else starting or when you started a FB routine feel this way?

I don't know if maybe its just my reflexes, and general stamina just aren't "there" yet, but I feel like I have a lot of energy to put into my workouts and to some extent its just not happening.
