FB strong COMPLETE!!

FINALLY I have finished FB strong! It took me way longer than I wanted it to. Instead of 6 workouts a week I spread it out to 3 or 4. I had some ups and downs along the way of sickness and knee pain, but finally I’m done! I did take before and after pictures but I’m not seeing a huge difference. My posture is SO much better now though. I feel I would have seen better results if I didn’t take so long to complete the program. Next up is FB low impact to protect my knee from getting worse. 💪💪💪
