Quality over Quantity

So thankful for Fitness Blender’s post today. “Think quality over quantity when it comes to workouts.”

Life is crazy right now. I’m working full time on the farm and have little time for working out anymore. But what I do is set aside a minimum of 2 evenings a week to do some serious lifting or HIIT. I can’t workout 5-6 days a week but I see even more benefits from doing less yet quality workouts when I do, however short. My body appreciates it too. 😉

Fitness Blender is SO right!! You don’t need hours at the gym! You need commitment to whatever you DO have time for!!
