Week 6 FB Fit Round 2 check in

Welcome to week 6! The first day of week 6 is a lower body plus hiit combo. I'm hoping to do this work out tomorrow but with some modifications. For me personally, I think I'm going to switch the hiit for kickboxing or some of the low impact cardio workouts, as my old ankle injury is flaring up. I may have to do that for a week or so until it settles back down. I just looked ahead this week though and it looks like there's hiit only on the first and last day, so if I swap it the first day maybe I'll be back to baseline by the end of week 6 because I actually like that particular hiit workout. At any rate I hope everyone enjoys the workouts this week! Let's get those workout completes!!!!
