Workout complete 💪

Let's were still sore from Wednesdays workout so o went easy on them.

Also 3 weeks into the new sleep schedule and it's going great, I sometimes read for a while before exercising. I've learned that I can go to bed at 930 and still get plenty of sleep for getting up at 5, I might try 10 and see how that feels.
