Program 1/2 complete ๐ŸŽ‰


So I thought this workout marked the end of week 3 fb30 R3 but looking back on my calendar I realised that it's actually the end of week 4 ๐Ÿ™Œ. I've started this program about 3 times but never finished it (don't like 8 week programs) so today I'm going to celebrate my program 1/2 complete and start the second half on Monday.
