Bread: Good or Bad?

Hey everybody,

I've been part of the FB family for about 2 years now and I've gotten a lot healthier! Recently I went to the doctor and I had gained 5 pounds with in the year. Not much, I know, but it still got to my head. My doctor told me in order to continue losing weight, I need to cut out bread and other carbs. The bread I eat is the Brownberry Oatnut bread, and any other grain I eat is always whole wheat. I agree I probably had been eating it too much, incorporating it into my meals sometimes twice a day. Do you guys eat bread? If so how often? Overall I am really sick of being "afraid" of bread, and it doesn't seem at all realistic to cut it out. At the same time I feel a bit stuck as I want to get that 5lbs back and continue on with my weight-loss journey. Suggestions?
