Cous-Cous balls

So yummy 😋

I made these today and they are so good. It is my recipe, at least I think it is, because I haven't seen it anywhere.

It's vegan.

You need

Cous-Cous

Frozen veggies (I used a mix of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower) of course you can use fresh veggies.

Tomato sauce

Seasoning (salt, pepper, dry herbs, paprika (hot and sweet), garlic powder) or whatever you prefer)

Make the cous-cous, cook the veggies and chop them in really small pieces.

Mix everything together and make small balls, put them on a parchment paper and in the oven for about 40min at 200'C. Just swap them carefully around after 20 min.
