When I was a child, I could not nap. I had too much energy, despite being a fairly mellow child. However, in the last few years, I have developed the habit of napping anywhere from 10m-1hr fairly regularly. As a student, if I feel low on energy, I will take a 10-15m nap between classes and I swear I wake up so refreshed! Do you nap? Do you have a philosophy on napping? I think Americans (I can't speak for other nations as I am only experienced with America in this regard) have been socialized to think naps are for children, but I'd argue that even while adults are able to sustain our energies longer, naps are incredibly beneficial for all ages. I'm thrilled to have incorporated this into my routine of intuitive healthy living.
