So, what does fiber do?

How many of you have seen this great article from the Healthy Living page of our website - “What does fiber do? Soluble versus insoluble fiber?

If not, haven’t you always wondered what fiber actually does? Hint - it’s more than you think.

So, teaming up with a Registered Dietitian, we wanted to explore some of the health benefits of fiber, along with an explanation of the differences between soluble and insoluble fiber. The bottom line is that both are very important to our overall health, so understanding how to incorporate each type of fiber into our diets is extremely important.
