First season's cycling trip - workout complete!

Hope you're all having a lovely Tuesday.

This weekend I had to stall on my Strong schedule for a 2-day cycling trip along the Slovakian-Austrian border. We opened our third cycling season with cycling over 140 kilometers in 2 days carrying our water and food, too!

The picture is only one beautiful section where fields of raps blossom (and my partner hiding in the shade while I take photos) - we cycled through many kilometers of these spectacular shiny yellow fields.

We'd also seen birds, deer, squirrels, many villages and ate so much food - cycling for 8 hours a day means a great appetite and needing lots of fuel, permitting pies and beers, too! My favorite kind of traveling.

Today is a rest day for my aching legs - always need that after a cycling trip. These trips mean less lifting but I love, love love cycling in the beautiful countryside :)
