Awkward exercises that you just can't do?

So no matter how hard I try, I just can't do side plank dips. They hurt my elbows and ankles so bad and it's just a really awkward and uncomfortable exercise for me. Kelli makes it look so easy too!!

Are there any other exercises that you just think, "why did anyone say this was a good idea??" And I'm not talking about just plain old difficult exercises like pop squats or burpees, I'm talking about physically awkward movements that your body is just not designed to do naturally.

Please list your most awkward exercises and FB Fam please let me know if there is any rhyme or reason to the awkwardness if you know what they're supposed to do :)
