I think I need rest

I am working out for 6 days a week and doing a everyday yoga routine since the beginning of the year.

This morning I felt so tired, my legs are heavy, I feel the muscles in my butt and abs and all this without working out yesterday.

I think my body is telling me to take it slow for a few days. I will still do my daily yoga routine and some short, really slow and low impact cardio routines, just to get a little bit movement.
