FB Low Impact Day 20 Workout Complete!

Well, I started this 4wk program on March 25th, and I'm just finishing day 20, after a few pushed-forward days, and a long 4-day break after an injury. I'm feeling great and a lot stronger, and I can't wait to actually finish that last day and feel the satisfaction! Then on to a different program maybe, or just back to my own schedule.

I do love having the workouts planned for me, so maybe I'll just go through this one again. I need the low impact because of my one knee that likes to complain.
