#WorkoutComplete!! 💪 Burn Fat and Build Lean Muscle - Day 4

Hello, FB family!!!

Late post but I am proud to say Workout Complete!!

Today was day 4 of the Burn Fat and Build Lean Muscle challenge! It was kickboxing and upper body strenght (no weights for almost all the exercises but omg! It hurt)

I love kickboxing so I loved this day! It is usually my favorite day of this challenge because of that 😅

I still have difficulties to do the complete wheel position on the yoga segment. I did two but the other ones were just half wheels. But, next time I try this workout I might do 3 or something so I am still proud! 💪👏
