Emotional Eating

Does anyone else struggle with emotional eating too? How do you cope with it? I've been feeling depressed lately (doing my favourite workouts with cheerful Kelli & Daniel really helps💕 ) It's not like I am eating an extra 1000 calories a day or eating lots of junk food, I am still eating healthily most of the time but I also find myself craving -and turning to- unhealthy foods&drinks which I would normally consume less frequently 😐
