It didn't used to hurt. Then it started to hurt like heck. Now it hurts less...but still hurts towards the end of an interval. What am I doing wrong in my jumping jack form that is causing my calves-ankles to hurt so much? I've been working out w FB 5 days per week since late August...somewhere around late September it was very painful...then I seemed to get stronger and it hurt less....but the pain is still there - it is more or less isolated to the set, meaning I don't feel it later in the day or during other exercises. How should I be jumping, Jack?
