PFT's

Hey everyone! So next week Im finishing off FB Burn (possibly my fav program!) and will be taking the PFT at the end of it. Im taking a week off before beginning a new program (maybe doing some of the cardio wake up calls for some movement) so I suppose my questions is whether to take another PFT at the start of the new program or use my numbers from the end of FB Burn.
