Friday Motivation - #eatrealfood

You’ve heard us say this over and over again, but relationships with food can be difficult.

For us, the most important thing is to be more aware of what we are putting into our bodies - and to think more about how our food is nourishing us, instead of how we have to deprive ourselves of certain things.

The good news is that there are delicious, minimally processed, whole food versions of (most) things that you may already be eating, so changing your diet doesn’t necessarily mean a major overhaul of your eating habits.

This is the mantra that works for us - “eat for good health; get interested in what you are putting into your body. Think of nourishing yourself instead of depriving yourself.”
