Interesting article on how exercise relates to cognitive health.

I found this quite interesting and thought I'd share. Daniel and Kelli are always telling us to switch up what leg/arm we start with, to focus on keeping your muscles engaged while doing a different exercise that doesn't necessarily use them, etc. Apparently that's good for not only our bodies, but our minds as well!
