Day 4 Strong (finally) is BRUTAL!

Oof, I forgot how Strong can throw absolutely BRUTAL workouts at you with no warning! Today's was one of them! Day 4.

I had the last week off and only did gentle yoga/pilates because all the Paris walking killed my legs...hence....I did NOT want to do his "brutal thigh and butt workout" because when Kelli and Daniel call it brutal, it's brutal.

But I completed it and feel absolutely exhausted and HAPPY! I hope I can stick to my schedule now and complete more days of Strong each week.

I've attached my "THANK GOD IT'S OVER" red face to this. I think it captures the sweet sense of achievement mixed with a love/hate feeling towards Kelli of what she just put me through haha
