1000 Calorie Workout Complete! And FBfit Day 47 Update.

Today's workout was very hard:

I had to get up early and workout before eating so that I had enough time to get it done before work. I believe they recommend that you don't do this one right in the morning... Now I know why. haha. I was quite hungry only 20 minutes into this workout. There are lots of push ups, squats, and every other hard maneuver you can imagine.

I am pretty sore, but I am so busy at work today that I am not even thinking about it. It was a total mission accomplished to get this done. Week 7 is complete tomorrow!
