It’s been a long day!

Today I’m tired, both mentally and physically. I was suppose to do a full body workout today for FB strong program but I knew I wouldn’t have the energy to push out a good workout. I decided to move it to tomorrow and add in a yoga video for today so that I’m still at least moving. I’ve learned over the past month to listen to your body and know when you can push it, and when to take it easy. Taking me a lot longer to get through FB strong than I want, but slowly I’m getting there!
