I substituted Upper Body workouts in the schedule for the older video and a new release, both focusing on legs. I’d say I didn’t expect SO much burn from that Butt and Thigh workout! 👍

As for the new release, well, I can’t say it is the best video, there are much better ones, but it is worth a try.
