Why am I gaining weight?????

So I've been a faithful fitness blender, work out completer for about 2 years now! I faithfully work out 3-5x per week. I currently am doing the FB fit 8 week program. Yet, I am not noticing a difference in my weight. I eat healthy, I only drink water, I sleep as much as a mom can sleep, but still a size 10. I am stronger. I feel healthy, but I still look chubby, and it's really frustrating... Anyone else relate? I lost a little weight a few months in, but then gained, and maintain a 137-140lb weight. Anyone have any suggestions??? HELP!!!
